Enjoy typically Parisian charm at the Relais Saint-Germain, more a family guest house than a hotel...
Opulent and elegant, this establishment may have 4 stars but there is nothing of the ostentatious luxury specific to certain grand hotels here. Our hotel reflects the discreet and timeless charm of a noble building which dates back to the late 16th century. “When we took over the hotel in 2004, we wanted to keep the soul of the place - directly inspired by the story of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and its great writers - but also its space, its original beams and the spirit of the whole area,” explains Yves Camdeborde. And here, not one of the 22 rooms is the same.

From the Brasserie to the Avants-Comptoirs, delicious gourmet cuisine by Yves Camdeborde.
Right next to the hotel, Yves Camdeborde offers his guests no less than 4 different eateries: a typically Parisian brasserie which, in the evenings, turns into a real restaurant, and also the three Avant-Comptoirs (La Terre, La Mer and Le Marché) where customers can let their hair down in a lively atmosphere while they enjoy lovely, boutique wines.
Béarnais through and through, Yves Camdeborde has won the hearts of Parisians and tourists from all over the world since 1992 when he opened La Régalade in Paris’ 14th arrondissement. By revolutionising the Parisian restaurant, this former disciple of Christian Constant at the Ritz and Le Crillon became the leader of what would later be known as “Bistronomy”. Since 2004 and the opening of the Comptoir du Relais Saint-Germain, this extraordinarily sensitive man, endearing chef and huge rugby fan, has been pursuing his ambition to make delicious food accessible to the greatest number.
